Arrival – as easy as pie

Here you will find all the information you need to get here:

Pay:

Payment is made upon arrival using an EC, MAESTRO, VISA or MASTERCARD (each with a PIN). Other cards, cash payments and cost assumption declarations cannot be processed.

Upon agreement, payment in advance can also be made for a fee of €20. Please send us a message about this. Bookings made in advance can no longer be changed or canceled free of charge.

Arrival and departure:

  • Our rooms are available to our guests from 2:00 pm.
  • We ask for a check-out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. The key card is no longer valid at this time and can simply be left in the room on departure.

Your reservation includes, among other things:

• Free WLAN – you can find the access data on the table in the room.

• A parking space. Vehicles over 3.5 tons or those longer than a van are not allowed to enter the motel grounds. Trucks can be parked at the neighboring truck stop (subject to a charge).

Check-in notes:

  • The check-in takes place at a machine (“Hotelomat”), which also creates the key card for the rooms and the entrance barrier to the parking lot.
  • Access to this check-in machine is obtained with a payment card, just like in a bank foyer.
  • A brief instruction for the check-in process can be found below.

Others:

  • Our rooms are non-smoking rooms
  • Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement
  • Lost key: locked yourself out? Please contact us via the emergency contact, which can be found in the check-in area.
  • If you would like to receive visitors as a motel guest, please switch to the surrounding catering establishments due to the pandemic situation.
  • The entire motel area is under video surveillance.

Brief instructions for the Hotelomat:

  1. Choice of language
  2.  Confirmation of the corona protection regulations
  3. “Arrival with reservation” button
  4. Press the button “Online booking number” or “Booker’s last name”
  5. Enter the relevant data as written in the reservation confirmation – confirm with “OK”
  6. Insert your EC / credit card, enter your PIN and confirm with “OK”
  7. Check the address field and confirm with “OK”
  8. Sign the registration form on the touchscreen
  9. Wait: The white key card and the payment receipt with the room number on it will be created.

If several rooms have been reserved, repeat steps 1-9 accordingly.
If steps 1-9 take longer than 5 minutes, the Hotelomat will time out. Please start the process again.
